FRESH NECTARINE YOGURT SMOOTHIE
I always make it a point to buy fresh seasonal fruit when I go food shopping. Nectarines were on sale, and I went a bit overboard, so I decided I would incorporate them into my breakfast fruit smoothie.
I love to keep things simple and yummy — here’s my recipe:
- 1 cup milk – non-dairy or dairy, depending on your preference
- 1 nectarine
- 1/4 teaspoon raw honey
- 1 cup plain goat milk yogurt or plain Greek yogurt, depending on your preference
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1 Tablespoon hemp seeds or chia seeds
Throw in the blender and enjoy!!
