I’ve been working with individuals for over 10 years, helping them address lifestyle factors that they can control, like the choices they make when it comes to exercise, stress management, and nutrition.

As a Registered Nurse, I know how frustrating it can be when your physician tells you that you need to lose weight, but without support and a plan, you stay stuck.

And having been a chronic dieter and emotional eater, I know what it’s like to be stuck in the vicious cycle of weight gain and weight loss.

Change is not always easy, but with accountability, support and a no-nonsense approach, I can help you achieve your weight loss, health and wellness goals.
