As a Holistic Lifestyle Coach, I support and guide you so that you can prioritize self-care and improve your health and well-being.

I will help you manage your time and create healthy boundaries, all while helping you navigate the world of often contradictory advice so that you can determine what works best for your body and lifestyle. Together, we will explore concerns specific to you and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance, health and happiness.

HOLISTIC LIFESTYLE COACHING PROGRAMS

1:1 coaching programs are designed to meet your individual needs and are tailored to your unique goals and lifestyle.


Power Hour Single Session

A one hour coaching session focused on a specific area of your health and lifestyle. We will identify where you are stuck, any limiting beliefs and come up with an action plan. 

During this session you will:

  • Gain a new understanding of how the different areas of your life affect your health so that you can take that information and use it to super-charge your health.
  • Focus on one area that you feel needs the most attention to help you reach your goals.
  • Get more clarity so that you can tap into your motivation when things aren’t going as planned and discover the strengths you can use to support your efforts.
  • You will leave this session with a clear plan to help you achieve your health goals, 1 to 2 action steps to start right away, a plan to hold you accountable, and a “Plan B” for any potential challenges.

The 3-month program is designed for those who have tried to make changes on their own but have trouble staying motivated.
