Our Lifestyle Medicine and Wellness Coaching Packages are comprehensive programs where we help you prioritize your personal goals. We work with you to create a plan so that you can feel better by nourishing and balancing the 5 pillars of wellness: physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual.

We are here to listen and guide you toward feeling better through proven methods and techniques. 

We can suggest individualized techniques for stress management, diet & nutrition, sleep problems and other issues that could be greatly contributing to your symptoms. During this time, you’ll have our support in creating and sticking to a realistic plan. Our first priority is to help you take control of your health, and of your life.

Additional areas of focus may include the following:

  • Grocery shopping and recipe exploration.
  • Meditation, mindfulness, yoga and reiki.
  • Self-care, self-love and compassion.

 

 

My Mission

As a Registered Nurse working in a hospital setting, I became painfully aware that the focus was on ‘sick care’ band-aid solutions that masked symptoms instead of providing patients with the education and tools to prevent their chronic diseases.

It was heartbreaking to see so many people being admitted (and re-admitted) to the hospital with chronic lifestyle diseases, like diabetes, heart disease, cancer and obesity.

Patients left the hospital with medications and with the admonishment to “eat better and exercise more.”

Physicians have little to no training in nutrition or exercise science, so patients were left with no clear steps and no support.

The “healthcare” system is failing, and that is why I became certified as a Lifestyle Medicine Coach. 

My mission is to focus on shifting the paradigm from “sick-care” to one of fostering health by providing education, practical tools, support and accountability so that you can truly thrive in all areas of your life.
