Reiki sessions can be done remotely or in person, as reiki energy can travel through distance and time. If you aren’t able to come in for a session at our location – 505 Waltham St, Newton, MA – you can always book remote sessions, which are just as effective as in person sessions.

Energetic Alignment Sessions

Gain clarity on what you want to release from your life and what you want to invite in. You will leave feeling more relaxed and more connected to your true self.

In the first part of your session we will discuss your goals and intentions for your health and well-being. We will create an actionable goal to help you move closer to the vision you hold for yourself and we will set a customized affirmation that aligns with your goals and intentions.

We will then move into a reiki session, which allows the goal and vision that you create for yourself to solidify in the mind, body and soul.

There will be a gentle laying on of hands or hovering of the hands over your body in your auric field to balance the energetic body and support alignment with your intentions.

So often we get in our own way. This method helps align your mind and body, so that you can embody your true self and live your vision with ease.

1 hour 50 minutes @ $295
This initial session includes a review of the information gathering based on a comprehensive health and well-being assessment (sent prior to the session) and a reiki energy healing session.

Follow up sessions

Packages are intended to help you make self-care a habit.  We want you to remember that your needs are just as important as the needs of others and you deserve to take care of yourself. Self-care is NOT selfish!

We also see the most profound healing and transformations when one receives reiki on a regular basis, rather than only when they are in crisis. We encourage you to invest in yourself with a package of sessions for added benefits and savings.

Four Session Package:  50 minutes @ $340 (in-person or remote)
